At 17, she was named one of the youngest ever Sonic Guardians — tasked with protecting harmonic codices embedded in crystalline archives. But when the Dominion invaded Yllumea, they targeted the temple first. The raiders activated sonic disruptors that fractured thought patterns and silenced the priestesses mid-chant, locking them in a psychic loop.

Elira survived by surrendering her voice entirely — entering a silence so deep, it became a cloak. She escaped carrying nothing but the memory of song.

She joined Flame 13 after Refract found her in a soundless cavern on a derelict moon, sitting in perfect stillness beside a dormant Codex shard. Her presence had shielded it for years. When asked how she survived alone, she simply said: “I listened.”
