Kaelion Rhys — The First Aquarian Rebel
​A former laborer who discovered a buried Zherathari relic while fleeing a collapsed pit. The relic awakened a deep resonance within him, allowing him to sing frequencies that disoriented the enforcers and cracked the ground beneath their feet.

Legacy: Known as The Voice Beneath, Kaelion founded the first cell of the Aquarian Rebellion and etched the Codex of Echoes onto steel sheets now hidden across the Network.
